António Pinto Leite, coordinator of the litigation and arbitration team of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, is one of the experts present at the "IX International Arbitration Conference of Rio de Janeiro" that takes place on 7 May 2013.
António Pinto Leite will be present on the fifth and final panel with the theme "Hot topics" and will analyse the following topics:
1- The clash of cultures in international arbitration – proofs, the profile of the arbitrators;
2- The deliberative process of the Arbitration Court – when and how to diverge;
3- The refusal of the arbitrator by the party that selected him.
