Inês F. Neves, Associate in the European Law and Competition Practice, is a speaker at the 3rd edition of the hybrid course 'A Digital Europe for Citizens'. The course starts on 17 February.

Our lawyer will be present at the opening session to speak on the 'Legal and Competition Challenges of Generative Artificial Intelligence', seeking to map the impact of AI on competition law analysis and highlight the preventive approach being taken by national competition authorities in this regard.

In addition to being a speaker, Inês Neves is also part of the team organising the course, which includes experts on the various topics covered.
