The aim is to analyse these issues in digital Europe and debate the importance of informed implementation. The impact of these technologies on the rights and duties of all those operating in the European Union market, in all areas and domains, as well as the need to identify the multiple challenges and risks we face, will help raise awareness of the relevance of being informed and the importance of transparency in all expressions of these tools.
