The "AI Act" regulation was approved last week in the European Parliament. It is an historical milestone at world level that "aims to guide research, production and the use of artificial intelligence (AI)".
Inês F. Neves, in the article "EU forces countries to set up body to monitor artificial intelligence", states that the regulation [AI Act] is a real "paradigm shift".
