Subsequent to previous sessions regarding labour matters, Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva is arranging an informative session about “Labour Law – alterations and disruptions” on 17 October 2014 in partnership with the American Chamber of Commerce in Portugal.
This initiative is taking placing at the João Morais Leitão Auditorium (R. Castilho, no. 165, Lisbon) between 09:30 am and 1:00 pm. This informative session intends to be a formative session about the latest labour law amendments and also a reflection about the unconstitutional effects declared by the recent judgment no. 602/2013 of the Constitutional Court.
Several specialists from the MLGTS labour and social security team will attend: António Emílio de Vasconcelos, Maria João da Luz, Helena Tapp Barroso, Luís Miguel Monteiro and Isabel Valente Dias.
