International Conference “Europe and Risk Management – Unexpected effects of the precautionary principle”

“Europe and Risk Management – Unexpected effects of the precautionary principle” is the subject of the international conference organised by the UAE - L’Union des Avocats Européens, taking place on 12 October 2012 in Marseille.

Carlos Botelho Moniz, coordinator of the European law and competition team of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, will participate in the fourth roundtable “The application of the measure to medical issues: risk management in different European countries” – and will present the Portuguese case.
