The short course on Copyright and Artificial Intelligence, in which associate Joana Maria Andion is a member of the teaching staff, will be held on 9th and 10th October.
The associate from Morais Leitão's intellectual property team will be part of the four-speaker professors of the course on Copyright and Artificial Intelligence, organised by ELSA Universidade do Porto.
Her intervention will be on the subject of "Problems and challenges of copyright in AI”. It is scheduled for 10 October at 17:30.
This initiative will begin with a historical contextualisation of Artificial Intelligence and new tools in the legal field, try to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of artificial intelligence in the world of law, and the possible creation of legal functions (Legaltechs and Lawtechs), and reflect on the problems of Artificial Intelligence and Copyright.
