João Matos Viana lectures on the "1st Advanced Course on International and European Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters"

João Matos Viana is part of the teaching staff of the "1st Advanced Course on International and European Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters” promoted by the Penal Law Institute of the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon.

The course takes place 11-12 November and 18 - 19 November 2011 at the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon.

João Matos Viana lectures on 12 November and his contribution will examine "National and European Union jurisprudence on the execution of the European detention mandate, especially the guarantee of specialty and the concept of national citizen, resident or equivalent.
