João Rodrigues Brito and Marta Salgado Areias participate in online course organized by B-Law, in partnership with Eco

João Rodrigues Brito and Marta Salgado Areias teach the online course entitled “The new legal challenges of the pharmaceutical sector”.

The course is divided into two modules, João Rodrigues Brito and Marta Salgado Areias teach the second part of it entitled “Essential notions about corruption and data protection in the pharmaceutical sector”.

João Rodrigues Brito is in charge of the first part , in which he clarifies the issues related to “Prevention of corruption and teleworking in the sector”, “Definition of the crime of corruption and related crimes”, amongst others.

Marta Salgado Areias, on the other hand, addresses the themes “data processing in the workplace, namely the issue of measuring the body temperature of the worker”, “remote control in the teleworking regime”, “virtual visits to health professionals: how to do them respectfully legal limits ”, amongst others.

The course takes place on June 16th, 2020 and is subject to prior registration.
