João Rodrigues Brito lectures on ‘Preventing and Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing’

João Rodrigues Brito, managing associate at Morais Leitão, will give the training ‘Preventing and Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing’ on 23 July, online.

The aim of this training will be to provide employees of the various entities obliged to comply with the duties set out in Law no. 83/2017 of 18 August and other complementary legislation with the necessary knowledge to adopt appropriate prevention and internal control procedures, thus contributing to the effective detection of attempts to use financial and non-financial entities to launder the proceeds of illicit activities and to finance terrorism.
