The lawyer will address the new Regulation No. 1191/2022 of ASAE, which came into force on February 24, 2023, and which determines how the entities subject to the supervision of ASAE must comply with the general and specific duties arising from Law No. 83/2017 of 18 August - law establishing measures to combat money laundering and financing of terrorism (BCFT).
