João Torroaes Valente, a partner at Morais Leitão who heads the corporate real estate and tourism department, is a speaker at the 14th edition of the IBA Real Estate Investments conference, which takes place from 10 to 12 April at the Tivoli Avenida Liberdade in Lisbon.
The lawyer will take part in the panel dedicated to the theme "Is the Data Centre Market a new investment trend?", during which questions will be debated about how technology drives the data centre market, what the infrastructure obstacles are, the specific characteristics of real estate assets for this market and how this type of development is being legally structured.
Morais Leitão is also part of the Host Committee sponsoring the welcome cocktail, scheduled for 10 April.
The IBA Real Estate Investments conference brings together experts from all over the world for three days to debate topics related to sustainability, digital transformation and the real estate industry.
