João Torroaes Valente takes part in the 7th Residential Tourism and Resorts Conference

As part of the VII Residential Tourism and Resorts Conference, João Torroaes Valente is representing Morais Leitão at this meeting, which aims to discuss emerging trends, technological solutions and sustainable practices that are shaping the residential tourism sector.

The coordinating partner of Morais Leitão's corporate real estate and tourism area is on the panel of the session "Overcoming Legal Obstacles". During the conversation, the speakers will address the legal competitiveness in the construction, promotion and operation of tourist developments. It will also try to talk about the new Simplex legislation and its effects on property investment.

The meeting will take place on November 9th, at 9am, at the Fundação Oriente in Lisbon, organised by the Portuguese Tourism and Resorts Association (APR).
