Joaquim Vieira Peres teaches competition law in a Master’s degree program organised by the Law Faculty of the Portuguese Catholic University from February 24 to March 30, 2012.
He will lecture on the theme "The Reform of National Legislation".
Joaquim Vieira Peres joined the firm in 2006. He is one of the most active Portuguese lawyers in the area of competition law both at the national and community level. His experience includes advising and representing clients in merger control procedures, as well as in the areas of anti-trust and state aid. His professional activity also includes the representation of private parties in proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Communities.
