José Amorim participated today, May 29th, in the webcast "Labor: the legal challenges of teleworking as a new normal", promoted by Advocatus.
An initiative that brought together five specialists in Labor Law to discuss legal issues related to the “new normal”.
Themes such as the possibility of this new work paradigm being positivized or the consequences of the pandemic from the point of view of work organization by companies were analyzed by the participants in this unique conversation.
Along with José Amorim, the panel also included Eduardo Castro Marques, from Cerejeira Namora Marinho Falcão & Associados, Joana Sá, from PRA, Nuno Pais Gomes, from Sérvulo, and Pedro Pinto Bento, from Aguiar-Branco Advogados.
