José Manuel Galvão Teles and António Pinto Leite founding members of the Association of Litigation Lawyers

The Association of Litigation Lawyers is the first association of lawyers in corporate and civil litigation existing in Portugal. It was created by 28 specialists in commercial and civil litigation, representatives of the most prestigious law firms in the country.

This unprecedented initiative in our country intends to contribute to the discussion and reflection on the reform of justice in Portugal and propose ways to improve decision making in Portuguese courts.

José Manuel Galvão Teles and António Pinto Leite, partners of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, are amongst the founding members of the Association of Litigation Lawyers, composed of:

The deed of constitution of the Association was signed on 21 March 2012.
