José Maria Montenegro nominated to the Audit Committee of the Portuguese Professional Football League

José Maria Montenegro, Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva associate, member of the tax and sports law teams, was designated by the Portuguese Football Federation to the Audit Committee of the Portuguese Professional Football League. This Committee, based on Ordinance no. 50/2013, was created to guarantee the fulfilment of sports companies’ legal obligations towards the budget and financial balance and to preserve tax and contributory duties as well as accountability.
