José Maria Tojal and Inês Meneses Lampreia sign article on the Iberian real estate market

José Maria Tojal and Inês Meneses Lampreia, both from the corporate real estate and tourism area, signed the article "Forward Funding and Purchase Agreements in the Evolving Iberian Real Estate Market", recently published by Iberian Property magazine, in which they analyse the Iberian real estate market, which faced challenges in 2023, such as economic instability and rising interest rates, but predicts an optimistic recovery for the second half of 2024.

The authors emphasise the growing importance of Forward Funding Agreements (FFAs) and Forward Purchase Agreements (FPAs) as solutions for financing large-scale projects, offering strategic advantages according to investors' needs and risk tolerance.
