Launching of the book “Obligation to issue a declaration of negotiations” by Miguel Galvão Teles

Obligation to issue a declaration of negotiations is the title of a book by Miguel Galvão Teles, partner of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva. The book will be launched on 5 November at 6 p.m. at Almedina’s library in Atrium Saldanha, Lisbon. The presentation of the book edited by the publisher Almedina will be made by Professor Paulo Mota Pinto.

Miguel Galvão Teles has wide experience in litigation matters, including appearances before the International Court of Justice and the International Arbitral Tribunals. He is a member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, The Hague. In addition to his expertise in Constitutional Law and Public International Law to which he substantially contributed, practically there does not exist an area that has not benefited from the depth of his thought.
