The inaugural edition of the new "Lex Mundi Global Competition Report" is the result of the work designed by the Lex Mundi Antitrust and Competition practice group, of which Morais Leitão is a member.
This report, which brought together more than 20 Lex Mundi member law firms, was created to provide insight and analysis into current developments in competition law.
Joaquim Vieira Peres, Carlos Botelho Moniz, Luís do Nascimento Ferreira and Dzhamil Oda were the lawyers responsible for drafting the chapter "Vertical Merger Trends", dedicated to vertical merger operations in the EU.
