Today Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva launches the first in the series of “Workshops MLGTS”. The first set of sessions is organized around the Energy Law thematic.
The series of “Workshops MLGTS” aims to be an interactive forum on current legal issues. In short practical sessions the participants will analyze and debate relevant topics regarding the day to day activities of companies.
The first workshop is dedicated to “Public Contracts in the Energy Sector” and is divided into two sessions: the first session is on the “The objective and subjective scope of the application of the regime of public contracts in the energy sector” and the second session on 26 March 2010 is entitled “The organization of procedures regarding public contracts in the energy sector”.
