This seminar will analyze the current legislation on urban leaseholds (old leaseholds and computerised updating process, termination of contract, vacating), as well as the practical aspects of a vacating process: delays, legal formalities and the success of the action.In addition to Filipe Freitas da Costa and Helena Soares de Moura, lawyers of the firm Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, representatives of IHRU, AICE, Lisbon Municipal Police and the Institute for Social Security will also participate.
