TechShare hosted the inaugural session of its fourth edition on September 21 in Paris.
TechShare is a Euronext pan-European educational program designed to help European high-technology companies understand the role of the capital market.
Since its first edition, Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados (MLGTS) has been the exclusive Portuguese legal partner of the program, providing training sessions to participating companies in Portugal.
Throughout the 2018-2019 programme, Euronext will support the 135 participating companies through face-to-face sessions, with technical workshops and individual training sessions, organized by the partners in their home countries.
The total of 135 companies participating in this edition represents a fourfold increase in just three years, compared to the 30 companies in 2015, currently distributed by eight European countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland.
For this edition, the MLGTS team includes Eduardo Paulino and Maria Cortes Martins, from the corporate and capital markets team, and Luis Roquette Geraldes, João Ventura and João Lima da Silva, members of Team Genesis.
