Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados (MLGTS) presents on April 20 the Guide on Anti-Corruption Legislation in Portugal, Angola, Mozambique and Macau.
The publication was prepared by the MLGTS Legal Circle network, which includes MLGTS, ALC Advogados (Angola) and Henriques, Rocha & Associados (Mozambique).
According to the introduction of the Guide, this guide «aims, in a practical and useful way, to be an easy-to-read guide on the main anticorruption rules in Portuguese-speaking countries», given the growth of this phenomenon and the need to prevent corruption, due to the impact it has on economic, sanctioning and reputational terms.
The Guide is presented by Rui Patrício, Tiago Félix da Costa, Filipa Marques Júnior and Duarte Santana Lopes, lawyers of MLGTS, with the participation of Tom D'Ardenne, lawyer of Allen & Overy, and Tiago Mendonça, of the Business Confederation of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries.
The presentation takes place at the João Morais Leitão Auditorium (Rua Castilho, no. 165), at 9:30 am. Registration for the event can be done here, selecting if you want to make an attendance registration or follow the event by live streaming.
