Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados (MLGTS) reinforces its real estate team with a new partner, João Torroaes Valente.
João Torroaes Valente joins MLGTS as a real estate coordinating partner, sharing the coordination with partner Filipa Arantes Pedroso. Its main areas of activity include real estate, urban planning, tourism and hotel trade, and general trade. The new MLGTS member was a counsel at Uría Menéndez since 2012.
João Torroaes Valente holds a degree in Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa since 1998. He has been a lecturer in post-graduation courses related to real estate investment and real estate investment vehicles at the Law Faculty of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon and the EGP - Oporto Business School, Faculty of Economics, University of Porto.
