Margarida Olazabal Cabral and Pedro Costa Gonçalves speakers at the II Congress on Administrative Law

Margarida Olazabal Cabral and Pedro Costa Gonçalves, partners at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, will take part as speakers, at the II Congress on Administrative Law, organized by Almedina, taking place in Hotel Altis, on 15 e 16 October 2015.
