Margarida OIabazal Cabral participates as a speaker during the seminars of FEPICOP - Portuguese Federation of the Industry of Civil Construction and Public Works (which includes the AECOPS, the AICCOPN and ANEOP). She attends the seminar "Code of Public Procurement" and she will address the “Types of Procedures and Selection Criteria – Main Novelties for Companies undertaking Public Works”.
