Maria Gouveia and Francisca Marabuto Tavares are speakers at the legal course ‘Tax Law in contemporary times’, organised by ELSA Coimbra. The course takes place on 11 and 12 March at the University of Coimbra.
Maria Gouveia is responsible for the session ‘Taxation and Startups’, which takes place on 11 March at 16h00, while Francisca Marabuto Tavares is in charge of the session ‘Tax Abuse and Tax Choice’, which takes place on the 12th at 17h00.
The main aim of this course is to provide students and young lawyers with the essential tools they need to understand tax law from various angles, covering topics such as: tax arbitration; EU tax law; tax abuse and tax choice; regulatory taxation.
