Mariana Soares David was recently appointed to the Mediation Commission of the Commercial Arbitration Centre.
This commission was created to promote activities around mediation and aims to contribute to the dissemination, the demystification of common misconceptions about what is mediation or how it works and the increased use of this alternative form of dispute resolution, whose advantages include celerity and efficiency, the possibility of preserving relations between the parties and a high success rate.
