Mariana Soares David elected member of the Executive Board of Concórdia's arbitration and mediation centre

Mariana Soares David, a member of the firm's litigation and arbitration team, was recently elected a member of the Executive Board of Concórdia's arbitration and mediation centre for the 2024-2026 term.

Since 2013, Concórdia has diversified its activity to include an institutionalised arbitration centre, and has invested in creating appropriate internal regulations and in setting up governing bodies made up of lawyers of recognised competence and experience in the field of arbitration.
