Mariana Soares David is a speaker at the International Congress "Alternative Means of Dispute Resolution Online

On 14th and 15th October, the Law School of the University of Minho organizes the International Congress dedicated to "Means of alternative dispute resolution online".

Mariana Soares David will intervene in the IV Panel "Tertúlia sobre mediação online". She will address the theme of "Intervention of the lawyer in online mediation".

The event aims to analyse the use of new technologies in the means of alternative dispute resolution, a pressing phenomenon in the current situation.
