Mariana Soares David will be a speaker at the IBA Annual Litigation Forum taking place in Amsterdam from 17 to 19 April.
The partner, who is a member of the firm's litigation and arbitration team, will be present today, 18 April, to take part in the workshop "The Directive (EU) 2020/1828 on representative actions for the protection of the collective interests of consumers" where she will talk about the various speeds and forms of transposition of this directive, as well as the panorama of Portuguese transposition by DL 114-A/2023.
