Master Class “Legal and regulatory aspects of financing a business: lessons from around the world”

Filipe Lowndes Marques, partner of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, is one of the special guests of Iberian Lawyer magazine in the Master Class “Legal and regulatory aspects of financing a business: lessons from around the world” that will take place on 10 July between 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

The Master Class will be informal and interactive. With a panel of top international experts participants will discuss the current economic and legal challenges facing businesses. The session will be moderated by António Alves Alves (General Counsel, Portucel Soporcel Group) and Patricia Menéndez-Cambó (Chair, Global Practice Group, Greenberg Traurig, Miami).
