Miguel Cortez Pimentel participates  in the webinar entitled "Structuring investment in distressed assets: the post-pandemic challenge". This yerar, the annual event undertakes a digital format and it is presented by IBA Taxes Commitee with the support of the prestigious Legal 500 directory.

The topic under discussion regards the companies' tax responsibilities in order to overcome financial difficulties.
