Miguel Galvão Teles speaker at the Association for International Arbitration's Conference

Miguel Galvão Teles, partner at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, is the only Portuguese specialist invited to speak at the conference “The UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration: 25 Years” organized by the Association for International Arbitration with the support of the Institut International de Droit d’Expression et d’Inspiration Françaises and the European Arbitration Chamber.

Miguel Galvão Teles will address the theme “Addition of Parties: A Vacuum left by the Model Law in Need of Internationally Approved Rules”. The conference will take place in Brussels on June 4, 2010.

We should highlight that Miguel Galvão Teles  is very experienced in litigation matters.  He has appeared before the International Court of Justice and International Arbitral Tribunals and he is a member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, The Hague.
