Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva together with AIP (Portuguese Industrial Association), held a workshop on the new circulation of goods and transport of documents regime at AIP’s headquarters.

Pedro Cruz Gonçalves presented the new circulation of  goods and transport of documents regime, approved by Decree-Law no.198/2012. This new regime presents, as highlighted, the introduction of a mandatory prior notice to the Tax Authority (Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira) of transport documents to assure the integrity of those documents, which will allow more effective control of these documents in order to prevent their manipulation and concealment.
