The award recently won by Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva is due to its involvement in the largest IPO in Europe and in the second largest worldwide, a deal entirely designed by Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, which coordinated the foreign teams involved: SJ Berwin (Spain) and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton (England and United States of America).
