“New labour rules” is the theme in debate at the seminar organised by the labour and social security team of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva and COTEC Portugal, that will take place on 26 June 2012 in the Porto Management School.
Luís Miguel Monteiro will present the topic “Duration of work”, Filipa Godinho Duarte will speak about “Administrative Obligations”, Paula Ponces Camanho will approach “Fixed-term contracts” and Helena Tapp Barroso will make her presentation on "Dismissal” and “Compensation owed for termination of the labour contract”.
With the approval of the new Labour Code there are many questions arising from companies concerning the application of the new legislation. The seminar intends to let participants get to know the alterations in and the impact of the new Labour Code on companies day-to-day and also intends to analyse and clarify doubts.
