Morais Leitão Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva promotes discussion on draft revision of the Code of Administrative Procedure

On June 26, 2:30 pm, at the offices of Morais Leitão Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva in the auditorium João Morais Leitão in Lisbon, a participating discussion on the draft revision of the code of Administrative Procedure takes place, that should provide an overview of various subjects, among which are:

- How to react to a decision taken by the administrative authorities;
- Reaction to the silence of the Administration;
- Forms of participation in the Administrative procedure;
- How to guarantee that administrative decisions are executed;
- The impact of the review in public procurement.

The debate will count on the presence of the President of the Review Committee of the Code of Administrative Procedure, Professor Fausto de Quadros, and three members of the Commission, Professor Sérvulo Correia, Professor Rui Manchete and Professor Mário Aroso de Almeida.

The conference will also include the participation of lawyers of the public law team of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, Pedro Costa Gonçalves, Margarida Olazabal Cabral, Miguel Nogueira de Britoand João Tiago da Silveira.
