Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva shortlisted for the "Project Finance Deal of the Year"

Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva is the only Portuguese law firm shortlisted for one of the Deal of the Year awards in Europe, annually given during the ceremony of the IFLR Europe Awards.
The firm was nominated for the “Project Finance Deal of the Year” on the basis of the work developed in the Iberwind operation, the largest private equity transaction ever made in Portugal.

The IFLR Awards are based on research by IFLR's journalists in consultation with private practice lawyers, in-house counsel and financing specialists at investment banks around the world. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on March 18, 2010.
