On 27 and 28 September the publisher Almedina promotes the “I Insolvency Law Congress” to analyse and debate themes related to this area of law. The event is coordinated by Catarina Serra and has the institutional support of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva.
Helena Soares da Moura, coordinator of the insolvency and restructuring team of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, will be present on the second day of the congress on the 1st panel dedicated to the “Insolvency declaration and its effects”. She will address the “Resolution in benefit of the insolvency estate” .
This initiative intends to inspire a discussion about the fundamental problems of this area of law, touching on also the amendment of the Insolvency and Company Recovering Code by Law n.º 16/2012, 20 April.
The congress counts upon the participation of renowned specialists and targets all of those interested and working in this area.
