Morais Leitão Legal Circle takes part in Advanced Course on the Code of Administrative Procedure

Morais Leitão Legal Circle, in partnership with UniPiaget, is taking part in the Advanced Course on the Code of Administrative Procedure, an intensive b-learning course that will run from 18 to 21 March 2025.

The course aims to delve into the main topics of administrative procedure, covering aspects such as general principles, the regime of collegiate bodies, guarantees of impartiality, procedural streamlining and the execution of administrative acts.

The teaching staff includes specialists from Morais Leitão, with João Tiago Silveira, a partner at the firm and professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, teaching several sessions on administrative regulation and the procedure for administrative acts. Alessandro Azevedo, a lawyer and researcher at the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre, will address the general aspects of the CPA, while Diana Ettner and Miguel Arnaud de Oliveira, consultants at Morais Leitão, will deal with essential topics such as administrative activity and the execution of acts.

Registration for the course is open until 18 March 2025.
