Morais Leitão advised the Vapo Group on the acquisition of 55 Q8 petrol stations in Portugal by Prio. With this operation, Prio strengthens its presence in the market and now operates more than 300 petrol stations in the country.
The Morais Leitão team assisted in the negotiation of the sale and purchase agreement and in the execution of the transaction. The work was led by partner Bernardo Lobo Xavier, senior lawyer Sofia Cerqueira Serra and senior associate João P. Monjardino, from the corporate and M&A department, and coordinating associate Gonçalo Rosas, from the competition department.
