Following its General Assembly, Morais Leitão announces the promotion of five new partners. Based on merit criteria and a careful individual evaluation, the promotions represent the recognition of the great value of the candidates, as well as their commitment to the permanent strengthening and growth of the firm.
The newly promoted partners are Ricardo do Nascimento Ferreira and Sofia Vaz Sampaio, both from the Litigation and Arbitration team, and Magda Viçoso, from the M&A and Capital Markets area.
Joana Almeida and Pedro de Gouveia e Melo were also promoted to non-equity partners by the same Assembly. These new partners belong to the Employment and European and Competition teams, respectively.
