Morais Leitão will participate in the 5th edition of TechShare, a Euronext educational program designed to foster capital markets knowledge in high-technology companies.
The firm is a founder of the initiative and the exclusive trainer for legal matters related to market capital.
Since 2015, the number of participants has quadruplicated. This year, it will include 132 different companies from countries such as Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Ireland.
The program will begin this month and be finished in May.
The enrolled companies will meet for the first time on September 21st, at the Rotterdam Center for Entrepreneurship, and later in March 2020, at the Nova School of Business in Lisbon.
This year’s Morais Leitão team of lecturers will be led by Eduardo Paulino, Luís Roquette Geraldes and Maria Cortes Martins.
