Morais Leitão congratulates EDP Renováveis on its award in the Finance for the Future category at the Euronext Lisbon Awards 2025, honouring the impact and innovation of the Scrip Dividend project.

The firm advised EDP Renováveis on the development of its Scrip Dividend programme, consolidating a pioneering solution in the Portuguese market. This programme allowed shareholders to choose between receiving new shares, selling their rights to the company or trading them on the market.
