The list of nominees for the "Women in Business Law Europe Awards 2021" was recently released.
Morais Leitão is nominated for three awards in the following categories: "Mentorship Programme - National Firm", "Talent Management - National Firm", and "Portugal Firm of the Year",
The following lawyers were individually nominated: Catarina Brito Ferreira (Energy, Natural Resources, and Mining Lawyer of the Year), Claudia Santos Cruz (Shipping and Maritime Lawyer of the Year), Diana Ettner (Environment Lawyer of the Year), Diana Ribeiro Duarte (Private Equity Lawyer of the Year), Fernanda Matoso (Life Sciences Lawyer of the Year), Inês Pinto Leite (Trusts and Estates Lawyer of the Year), Isabel Santos Fidalgo (Tax Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year), Joana Granadeiro (Commercial Arbitration Lawyer of the Year), Magda Viçoso (Corporate Governance Lawyer of the Year), Margarida Torres Gama (Insurance and Reinsurance Lawyer of the Year), Maria Cortes Martins (Equity Capital Markets Lawyer of the Year), Maria Soares do Lago (Dept Capital Markets Lawyer of the Year and Structure Finance and Securitization) and Mariana Soares David (Product Liability Lawyer of the Year).
Diana Ribeiro Duarte and Inês Pinto Leite are also nominated as "Rising Stars" in the Corporate and Tax categories, respectively.
The winners will be announced on 24th June, in a virtual ceremony.
