Morais Leitão launches the Real Estate Investors Roadmap - The reference guide from AICEP e CCIP

In a partnership between aicep Portugal Global, the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIP), the Portuguese Association of Real Estate Developers and Investors (APPII), JLL, a real estate services consultant, and Morais Leitão (ML), The Real Estate Investors Roadmap guide is now presented.

The guide is relaunched as the reference guide from aicep Portugal Global for foreign real estate investment in Portugal, with the contribution of CCIP, a fact that makes APPII, JLL and ML proud as founding partners of this project. It highlights the recognition of the public interest of the project and its importance in the moment we are now living.

The partners in this guide respond with a certainty: the real estate market will always have an extremely relevant role in the recovery and growth of the economy. Through this joint guide, we present our willingness to support the return of investment to the national economy. 

In this second edition, the guide Real Estate Investors Roadmap emerges as an essential tool for re-launch the national economy and, in particular, as a dynamo of attraction for foreign real estate investment in Portugal, updating the information needed especially for foreign investors in Portugal and presenting in a clear way the different steps to be considered by the investor and the applicable legal framework, without forgetting the constraints caused by the pandemic by COVID 19.

Through a single and easy-to-read document, we aggregate practical and systematised information on the various aspects of real estate investment, constituting a true map for the strategic decision of the international investor.
