Pedro Costa Gonçalves, Bernardo Almeida Azevedo and Francisca Costa Gonçalves participate in the first post-graduate course on administrative justice promoted by the Centro de Estudos de Direito Público and Regulação da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra.
O advogado Bernardo Almeida Azevedo, besides coordinating the course, is responsible for the classes on "scope of administrative jurisdiction - case studies", "actions on rules - type of regulations and invalidity regime" and "injunctive proceedings".
Pedro Costa Gonçalves will teach the classes on "action for injunction not to issue an administrative act" and "administrative arbitration" and Francisca Costa Gonçalves is responsible for the class on "actions on contracts and civil liability - assumptions of contractual and extra-contractual liability of the administration".
The course runs from January to March 2023 and aims to provide specialised training in legal issues related to administrative justice.
