Morais Leitão is sponsoring the 3rd Public Procurement Congress, which will take place on 11 and 12 April between 9am and 6pm at the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon. The congress will focus on reflection and debate on public procurement, with the aim of promoting a more efficient and sustainable Contracting State.
